Q: Will this fit a 1999 ram3500?

Don’t know on that, I have a 2023 Ford F350 Dually

Q: What size is the lug nut cover? To put a spike over

All the lug nut covers but one just go over the factory lug nuts.. the one is threaded, you put the hubcap on then tighten the one lug cover with the tool that comes with it. Mine is a 2023 Ford f359 dually. I just tapped them on the wheel then tightened the one lug. It’s holds them on real tight!! No noise or movement..

Q: Will these fit over aluminum rims

Don’t know , mine was just the steel rims painted gray..
