Q: Does this work good at canceling out dark blue purple color circles

It's not going to make them disappear all together, but it will definitely tone down the color. I have dark circles under my eyes & when I put this under one eye there is a definite difference with the one that doesn't have it on. Unless you purchase those products that hide even tattoos, this is a great alternative.

Q: Can I wear it Under my regular foundation without losing it's consealing effect?

YES!! I have tried so many things. I’m 50 but look and feel 38 😂. I have some spots, dark circles near my eyes on the inside of my nose area as well as some spider veins and this stuff is AWESOME. My foundation goes right over the top without hindering what I’ve covered up! I’m very happy I ran into this on here. I usually pay a small fortune for makeup and thought this was too good to be true!!
