The silicon ring around lid came out after a few uses. The lunch box cannot be closed if the ring is missing. I contacted the seller for a replacement ring, however was told they cannot sell the ring separately which does not make sense to me at all. I cannot use it anymore because the lid does not close at all without the ring. Such a waste of money.
