One of the two trays wasn’t sealed so when I opened the box the contents spilled out all over the floor!

I’m having a problem with rats in my livestock barn and needed a way to get rid of them that was safe to use around other animals. I’ve set the two trays at entry and exit holes the rats have made. The pellets are much larger than I thought they would be. I don’t think they’ve taken a single pellet, I’ve had them set out for weeks. They appear to just be walking right over the tray. Disappointed with this product.
