poorly packaged: arrived completely bent
This is an attractive design but the packaging did not account for its very light and pliable metal. The bookends arrived bent and crooked. I was able to bend them into shape but not perfectly. They are functional but still look "bent". How hard is it to package something in a box rather than an plastic envelope vulernable to everything set upon it in a delivery truck?????????
