Supreme Alpha Beef Protein Powder With Rich Chocolate Flavor - 2 Pounds

I've gone away from dairy in the last 6 months and switched to almond or coconut milk, and have also moved away from whey protein at the same time. I did some reading on beef protein, and this had good reviews so I bought it. It does have a beef taste to it but it is flavored like chocolate so its not too noticeable. I do like it though compared to most of the whey products I've used in the past, I'll probably buy this again in the future.

Wow, I can't believe the 5 star reviews for this, so maybe not everyone experiences what I'm experiencing with it. But, what I am experiencing is pretty foul and disgusting! First, every time I open the jug, I get a smell that has an underlying rottenness to it, though I fail to see how a product like this could rot, or spoil. Still, EVERY SINGLE TIME I eat this stuff, I get bad gas & the runs. No cramps, or bloating, just lots of passing of smelly gas & runny bowls that smell particularly foul. This is so bad that on 2 occasions, when I thought I was only going to pass gas, I found myself having to take a shower and launder my pants! Could have been not just inconvenient and messy, but extremely embarrassing, and almost impossible to deal with, had it happened in public away from home! I will say that the stuff tastes pretty good, but with the way it's affecting my digestive system makes it impossible for me to use. You can try it, if your brave enough, and maybe it'll be just fine for you. But, it wasn't for me, and now I find myself stuck with half of a $39.99 jug that I can't use, and having consumed half the jug, I think I gave it more than a fair trial.

Amazingly NOT too sweet! I have tried pretty much every beef based protein powder I can find, as well as several plant based protein powders... (highly allergic to milk proteins so whey is out for me)...and so far this is the ONLY one that doesn't make me gag due to being too sweet. I no longer use sugar or sweeteners on a daily basis, so when I do get them they tend to be disgustingly overpowering. I mixed my first glass of this with some aloe vera juice, coconut water, avocado and blueberries last night....filling and not in the least bit overly sweet. Don't LOVE the idea of the sucralose..... but it must be less than so many products use, since I don't TASTE it. Will definitely buy it again!

I absolutely love this protein! It has a great muscle recovery, it makes me last longer during the workouts, it makes me feel full and the best things is that it tastes like chocolate! Whenever I take it I feel like I'm drinking a chocolate ice cream shake and I can take it anywhere I go. Great product overall I recommend it 100%

This is great tasting protein. But I do not like the fact that the ingredients are not listed on the container. Also, the artificial sweetener they use, in my opinion is very bad for you. For this reason, I would not recommend. Why couldn’t they just use stevia, or monk fruit to sweeten it??

Flavorful and effective!! I love the fact that the main ingredient is beef, real 100% lean beef!!! I take it every time after my workout and the recovery is instantly. The taste is delicious. I even try it with cashew milk and let me tell you the combination is amazing!! I highly recommend this protein powder and will buy it again.

My husband is very picky about protein powders. He wasn't happy that I ordered something different but he confessed that this protein powder was great and not gritty. He said he wants to make sure when I order again to be sure and order this one again.

By far the best beef & the best protien Mix I have ever used. Where other beef protien mixes leave a metallic aftertaste this one is smooth, no aftertaste and tastes great. Other bonus: no bloating. I will be buying again.
