Portable, Clear Sound
I purchased this cab along with Peavey's Headliner 1000 amp.I love the size and portability of it! I'm all about keeping my rig easy to setup and tear down, so my amp, wireless system, and effects are mounted in a shallow rack case which fits on top of this cab very well (with cab in landscape position). This cab (when properly powered) is plenty sufficient for practice and indoor gigs like shows at bars. It is a definite workhorse but that doesn't mean it doesn't also sound good. I've also played this at outdoor event gigs. In these situations I DI out from the amp to the PA and use this cab as my on-stage monitor. It is also capable of handling these situations. While I do leave mine on the floor, it would do even better with an amp stand. If you're looking to FEEL your bass all the time, this probably isn't enough on it's own for you. But that doesn't mean you can't hear it clearly in a variety of settings.Overall, this cab is exactly what I need for my setup - a perfect balance of portability, capability, and cost.

Good sound, nice performance, great price
I picked this cab up hoping to find an inexpensive 112 that delivered good performance. It does. It is well built, but not super light if that's what you're looking for. Its got enough air inside it to generate some nice lows, and the high frequency tweeter is super usable. Don't turn it off. I have done two gigs using just this cab and it was capable of carrying the room. Best of all it isn't $600-$800 like the GK, Bergatino, or Aguilar SLs of the world. It's a bargain and a good purchase for anyone looking for a 112 cab on a budget that actually delivers good performance. A pair of these would make a killer little stack.
