Pricey, but eco-friendly and do the job
I actually bought these for my cat's litter box and clearing out number twos! The bags are quite small, but fine for the usual poop, and I was impressed how their biodegradability. The handles are useful for tying up neatly, and while thin you don't feel you are "touching" anything nasty!

Easy to Open!
We previously bought some biodegradable poo bags from a well-known pet store and you just could NOT open them, resorting to using just the outside of the bag without putting your hand in. These are VERY easy to dispense, open - and are leak proof and handles are always a good shout. Recommend.

Hooray! Finally a fully compostable, corn starch poo bag with TIE HANDLES!
I was really pleased to see this product come up for review as I am a big proponent of compostable dog poo bags. I have previously reviewed the ANWA bags which don’t have handles, and they are excellent, but these are even better in my opinion as I prefer poo bags that have tie handles as I find them easier to use. This is the first product that ticks all of these boxes that I have found. These ANWA compostable dog poop bags certified with EN13432, ASTM D6400 and home gardening composting standard (OK compost HOME), which means that do not contain ANY plastics. Many of the ‘biodegradable’ bags on the market include an ‘OXO’ substance that enables them to be broken down into mircroplastics over time, but fully compostable ones will degrade to nothing and are usually made from corn starch (and nothing else). These bags fully degrade in composting conditions in 90 days. These bags are a good size (sometimes I even pick up two or three poos in one bag), and they are thick and strong.Pricewise, they aren’t as good as buying the ANWA handleless bags, which you can get on Amazon for £13.99 for 240 bags ( 5.8p each). These are currently £11.99 for 100 bags, which makes them just under 12p each, so just about double. I imagine that it does cost more to make bags with handles, so this needs to be taken into account. Hopefully, if these become popular with consumers, the manufacturer will produce a larger pack size which might be better value for money. Having said that, I highly recommend them and have no hesitation in awarding them five stars and it is a great product which is good for the environment!

Poor quality bags
Very disappointed with these bags this time, as the rolls seem to be damaged. The first few bags are fine but then the tearing is in the wrong place causing holes in the bottom of tbe bags. Poo falls out. Won't buy these again. Looking for alternatives.

Well designed to avoid risk of poo finger
There are lots of choices of poo bags on Amazon, but I'll definitely be buying more of these. They tick a lot of boxes for practicality and functionality:- they are tie-handle and easy to tie up for best hygiene and least smell- they are easy to get open (partly due to the tie handle design) - essential on a cold dark windy morning- they are not too big and for my 20kg and 30kg dogs, they are an ideal size for even the biggest poo!- they are biodegradable so can be put in the bin without worries of the environmental impact- they are easy to tear from the roll (partly due to the tie-handle design)- they are robust and do not tear or break when usingThey do what they are designed to do and the risk of poo finger is minimal! The only negatives are price (they are on the upper end) and lack of the option for the convenience of Subscribe and Save: The price is broadly higher for all the tie-handle bags but I think the ease of use makes that worth it. A little hunt around Amazon and there are some tie-handle options that are cheaper if you buy a bigger bulk amount. However, I don't know if they match the quality of these bags.If any of my review is helpful, please click that button!

Too small.
I use these for my cats and they're just too small for my needs. I would recommend them for small dogs but, again too small for larger breeds, I work at a vets and wouldn't want to use these for big poops 😉
