Beautiful craftsmanship
Beautifully made. Firm steel, excellent for trowel cleaning. File down those corners and she is a perfect companion for tight spots with a smooth finish 🤤

not for tiling
been tiling for over 40 years and always used a marshalltown margin trowel. seen this and the leather handle caught my eye, so decided to buy, but quickly returned. first the metal is thinner and much flimsier than a marshalltown which prohibits the use of the trowel to mix small batches of grout or soften up a thin set mix . also the angle of the handle if flat, almost to straight in a way which brings your hand lower to the floor, which now puts your hand closer to whatever your scraping, like thin set from the edge of a tile, lastly the so called leather grip is useless (if its leather at all, cant tell) because its laminated over, so you dont actually feel anything but shiny. perhaps if your a brick layer or someone who just used this margin for smoothing cement, its good, but not for us in the tiling biz. believe me, stick with a marshalltown....

Rust
It came pre Stained with rust. Beaides that it does the job and looks aesthetic.

False advertising
Handle isn’t leather. It’s just your standard wood handle with a sort of veneer glued on. How is this being sold & advertised as a “leather handle?” You can even see the bit of glue up top. It’s absurd. Extremely disappointed.

Good if you don't work in clay
The handle is very nice but the blade is very weak and too flexible to use for any kind of wet or clayey soils.

Great grout trowels
Great piece. Perfect for epoxies and grouts. Great quality. Like any trowel, the bottom needs to be broken in.
