I have two very stubborn Huskies and a new puppy. This training collar made a night and day difference pretty much overnight on the older dogs. Again, I love this collar due to the audible and vibration notification. The audible usually gets them back on track very quickly. Once in awhile I will need to switch it to the vibration to remind them and get their attention. I ever hardly ever had to use the shock button. The quality is outstanding. The the remote and collar charges very quickly and it holds a long charge.The shock mode- I did shock myself with this collar. (This thing is not messing around. With that said it goes up to 100 and I shocked myself on 15.) So if you have a Chihuahua or a Great Dane, This really Works!Lifetime warranty is a big plus! Customer service is outstanding and gets back to you very quickly. One of my Huskies decided to chew up the collar and they sent me a replacement free of charge. Again a great collar and great company as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐ You Have Been Warned...No Charging Cable Included *by R***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 24, 2017* Does not come with a charging cable and does not use same as original trainer (so another friggin' charger to hang from of a wall). I luckily had one that worked in a box of old chargers but not everyone is an old charger hoarder like me. There are no instructions either but was able to figure out how to get my remote to connect using my super smart skillz. ;) This is also a newer model than the original trainer and has an on/off button. I don't like this because I have to remember to turn it on/off and make sure it doesn't turn off while training. The older model stayed on all the time and could just throw on the collar quickly to train without thinking about it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What I really love about this is *by J***1 on Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2017* What I really love about this is: 1. You can get an additional collar and use the same remote 2. The vibration setting 3. The intensity level.I was really hesitant to get shock collars because I don't want to put my dogs in any pain but unfortunately they have some very unsafe behaviors that called for it. However, I have been able to use only the vibration setting so far and it's enough to scare them and get their attention. I'm so happy that it's been this effective. I'm also glad that if I ever need the shock setting i can start on low and only go higher if absolutely necessary.
