Works well for me
For me at least, this stuff is great. And yes, NMN can enter your cells, search for nature article s42255-018-0009-4 about Slc12a8.

This may be a poison.
This product is awful. After taking it, my blood pressure went up over 180/100. my blood pressure was 140/90 or less. I had to take double amount of hi blood pills. Even I stopped taking this NMN, my blood pressure level kept been very hi. This may kill me. DO NOT TAKE THIS NMN.

Helped my breathing.
I feel better and have actually had improvement with my breathing since I started taking NMN. I suffer COPD.

While the stated product on the label would be good. I did not feel like it was working as well as last product purchased. It became unavailable- so I tried this product. Will continue with supplement but not this brand.
