These were PERFECT for flying! I was stressing out trying to get every liquid/cream/gel into a quart size ziplock baggie, it was not happening at all. I ordered these on a whim and they held so much more than the ziplock but we’re still within TSA guidelines. Went through the check no problem!

I had a clear bag like this that worked great for my last international trip, but as I was getting it ready for my next international trip in March, the zipper pull came off! Now in need of a TSA-compliant bag, I bought this set of 5 because I liked the idea of different colors so that I might possibly use more than one bag at a time (e.g., one for charger cords). These arrived very quickly, looked nice, and because the depth of the bag is the same at the top as it is on the bottom (my other bag narrowed a bit at the top), I was able to fit the few items in that wouldn't fit in my previous bag...and the zipper closed the bag nicely and seems more sturdy than my previous bag.A few others have mentioned a strong plastic odor. I did notice an odor, but it wasn't so overwhelming that it bothered me. I was also pleased to see that this product comes with a 1-year warranty!I will be using this on an international trip for the first time in March, then again in late May. If anything goes awry, I will return to change my review accordingly.

Okay, so I have been using zip-lock bags for carrying my prescriptions, toiletries, etc. Well my zip-lock bag sprung a leak. So, I opted to spend the $13+ to make my life simpler and my packing even simpler. And, these did the trick. The zippers worked perfectly. I could see everything at a glance. The quality seems quite good. I packed for a 3 week vacation to New Zealand and Australia. These little see through zippered were outstanding. I was so organized I could barely stand it. And, these made my packing, unpacking and packing a lot simpler. After I got mine, I was so pleased I ordered my wife a set in a different color. She loved them as well. Buy some. You won't be sorry or regret you purchase.

I was unexpectedly pleased with these bags! I used them on a flight for cosmetics, 3-1-1 and they worked beautifully.They sailed through TSA on both recent flights. I had tried regular baggies and they just did not seem sturdy enough. These are sturdy, zip well and there were enough bags for my husband and I to share. They have held up well so far.I also liked the fact that I could keep my toiletry items in the bag and it remained upright on the bathroom countertop and in the bag. That might not be important to you, but this is something a flimsy baggy cannot do. I set it upright in my personal back pack and they remained so upon packing.The material was top notch. I hope I can use them again and again.

I used the pouches to organize my backpack for the Camino- but it would have a variety of travel purposes. These were able to hold a pair or athletic shorts, t-shirt, underwear, sports bra and socks (size Medium). These items were packed very tightly in and created better space in the bag. I liked that I could put my dirty clothes back into the pouches until I could do laundry without the dirty clothes "contaminating" my clean items.It was a great size for basic hygiene needs and contained any of the lotion leaks I had.It was also helpful to organize items easily when traveling- The clear pouches made it easy to see what the bags contained, while the exterior color helped me to quickly grab the one I wanted. I liked to have snacks in one/ reading items/passport pouch in another- so on the plane or just when hiking I could very easily grab the pouch I needed out without having to go through so many things in the bag. I didn't lose anything on my trip and I believe the zippered pouches helped me to keep track of my items well.I also liked the ease of carrying the bag to the shower. It was compact and had what I needed. The waterproof aspect was great for my important papers in my bag.I used them for 40 days straight, not one had any negative issues.I can highly recommend- I will use when traveling again. Suggestion- may need a larger sized one for bigger clothes.
