Ferrite Magnets Ceramic Industrial Magnets Round Disc with adhesive 20 dots 1 Inch 25mmX4mm Grade 5 - 100 pcs

I had some 3mm thick 25mm diameter magnets and wanted to buy some that were even stronger, so I bought these 4mm thick magnets. I could tell something wasn't right when they came packaged without card stock spacers between the magnets. Real rare earth magnets would be very difficult to separate from each other without the spacers. There are five rolls of magnets in the plastic box and it was very easy to pull one roll away from the others. One of these magnets barely supported its own weight when stuck to the front of my file cabinet. These definitely won't work for my application, but I don't even think they'd work well as refrigerator magnets. They are barely magnetic. I might have gotten a bad batch, but if so, they all seemed very weak. Out of curiosity, I used my digital pull gage to measure the force needed to pull the magnet from the front of my filing cabinet. My old 3mm magnet required over 5 pounds of force. These 4mm thick magnets required between 7.9 and 8.6 ounces of force in several pathetic attempts. (See images) My thinner magnet is ten times stronger.

I've bought these twice; I used them for making refridgerator magnets that I sell. They were under $16 for a box of 100, excellent price, and more than strong enough for my purposes. Bonus was the included 3M glue patches, although they did not include enough to use on on every magnet. I'd highly recommend these, except that, what the heck, the price is now marked at $999.99!? Did they sell out and coulkdn't figure out how to delete their listing from Amazon?

Great heavy duty magnets. I wish it came with as many stickers as magnets in the case.

Terrible product. I received the magnets in the case- which was cracked and damaged all over. The item description advertises 100 magnets and there were only 52 in the package. I checked the envelope they were mailed in to ensure none had fallen out of the cracked box but they were completely missing. Magnets were also chipped, and there were pieces of magnet "crumbs" all over the place. Will be returning these immediately. Very disappointed as I needed them for a project for a customer.
