It should. It is a charging controller, so it should have a cable as pictured on the side of the box.

Is the same grip that comes with the console bundle?

It is not, but it absolutely should have been. Nintendo dropped the ball on this one in favor of squeezing extra money from adopters. The console comes with a similar item that has no charging capability.

Does the joy con grip included with the nintendo switch console also charge the joy cons?

No, but the joy-con controllers have a 20 hour battery life and every time you dock them on the screen/dock, they charge. So unless you're playing more than 20 hours at a time, you won't necessarily need a special charging grip.

How long does is the charging processes? When will i know that my joycons are fully charged. Ty

Each Joy-Con has a battery life of about 20 hours according to Nintendo. They are charged when you snap them onto the console itself while it is docked, and take about 3.5 hours to reach full capacity.
