Urethral Sound Urethra Plug (Proficient)

I had 3 concerns when picking this item. 1 was length as 9" was a max. And it is a little long but easily shortened. A 2nd was the transition between the flexible tubing and the metal tip. It looked like it was a square tube shoulder and a tapering metal end piece which has the potential to abrade when inserted. And it does. The 3rd was the size. And this was my mistake. I didn't catch that 2 sizes were listed in the ad. What was supplied was the lesser of the two. What was supplied was .356", which is about 9mm, not the 6/16 which would have been .375".The tubing at the upper end mates to a square cut in the fitting. This is very smooth.With the exception of the transition of the tube to the tip, finish was excellent.

I read some of the other reviews before buying this and wanted to make sure it wasn't too big. I noticed that accurate sizes are missing from the description so here they are as measured with stainless steel calipers.Length: 8 13/16" (you can make it longer or shorter by either changing the tubing or shortening the tubing)Tip end diameter (the end you insert first) - .348 inches (8.85mm)Top end diameter (the end with that takes the o-ring) - .355 inches (9.02mm)Another customer noted he felt a rough transition between the flexible tubing and the metal tip. I didn't notice ANY problems with this and the entire piece went in smoothly. The manufacturer may have fixed the problem since he wrote his review, who knows. One thing I really like about this is that it is hollow and I could watch the fluid building up in the silicon tube as time went by and that added to the excitement.A word of caution - since this has silicon tubing, do not use silicon lube with it otherwise you may end up with more of a problem that you bargained for. I also would probably not boil it. Just use hospital grade cleaner to disinfect it (not bleach) then wipe down with alcohol and rinse or use antibacterial soap to clean it.

This sound/ catheter reaches very deep and makes you fell like you need to pee when totally inserted. I love the thickness and the flexible tube allows this sound to go deep inside of me where many other sounds can't go. The ring keeps it from falling out. Do to its thickness and depth it won't fall out anyway. The metal part looks good hanging out of my piss hole. Happy with this product. Can wear it for hours

Could have been longer 2 inches

I was sad to find out that tip was a little too large I wish that they had a little bit more variety on sizing good construction though
