When it arrived, it was gorgeous. The action was tight and smooth. It spun for three minutes easily. Then there was a time where it was grinding. The vendor contacted me upon seeing the review and made a few suggestions. It's back to freely spinning, and I appreciate the seller being this proactive. I've handed it to a few folks to try, and their first comment is how solid it is. It's definitely a higher quality. You do need to balance it a little - this isn't from NASA folks, it's for amusement and mild distraction. So far, so good.

4-7 minute spins, feels smooth, quiet. I like the weight of the product. It's definitely more for relaxing and spinning in your hand than fidgeting with. Product comes exactly as pictured, except for the first picture with the case. That's a different model. Dependable customer support.

Does spin for about 7 minutes, but it's not smooth and it's just very heavy. The hearing does not fit into the spinner because it is too small and it doesn't spin smoothly.

Amazing spinner for the price. Spin time for me is about 5-7 min pretty heavy but nice weight the only problem I had is a little play in the shaft. But other than that amazing spinner and highly recommend it

Great spinner. Got a 7 minute spin out of it!!!!!

It's nice it came as a bundle of 3-1. It included the Spinner, Pouch, Keychain, and Soft Box. I got 3-4 minute average speed time. It felt weird holding at first, but I got use to it quickly. I tried to balance it on the tip of my fingers, pretty fun especially if you try it with your toe. Anyway, well worth it, easy to use and with the amount of add ons you receive, give it a go.
