Works perfectly
It’s tiny and works quickly with 100% accuracy. I raise poms and Ive purchased poms from all over the world, I was able to scan each dog and plan to use it for future puppies who get microchipped before going home. The fact that it’s affordable and small enough to take with you on the go were huge selling points for me.

Complete failure
Scanner was non-functional on arrival. It charges, but after being fully charged it failed to detect chips (of any kind) in any of my dogs, failed to detect a new chip I unpackaged just to test the machine, and also stays in the scan mode and does not shut off after 3 minutes or after holding the button for more than 3 seconds per the directions. Waste of time & money and now I have to waste time getting it sent back for a return. Bah humbug! :(

Easy to use! Best value!
I am a breeder and I used these microchips for puppies I sold. I ordered the 20 pack and checked every one with the scanner all worked before and after implantation! It’s the perfect thickness for my Dalmatian puppies, and the best value for money! The price I paid for 20 microchips was what I would pay for one at the vet! So easy to use and did not hurt the puppies at all!

Cant scan chips consistently.
Cant scan chips consistently. Does not work at all. Pointless to have this product if it doesn't work. Cant get pets back to owners. Now I gave it too long of a chance to work and cant return it.So now my rescue is out the money and got to buy a new one.
