We USE salad tongs. We are probably the only ones in the family who do, so when we take a salad, I usually take a pair with me. A lot of times they get left behind, so I need to buy more. This package of three come in handy for that reason, not to mention being affordable. But the best thing is they are probably the best ones out there for everyday use. They are sturdy and they work well. People who use plastic salad tongs know what I mean.

These are a bargain price for three. They arrived promptly, all three in perfect working condition. They are perfect for serving salads at parties or buffets, when guests only have one hand free. They come apart for easy cleaning. Highly recommended.

Product is very useful and great for tossing and serving salads. They are not quite as sturdy as I would have liked, but you are never sure until you break one, as even thin plastic can be pretty strong.

We liked the size and way they came apart

I had tongs like these that lasted over 20 years. They lasted through handling by my 3 kids who are now grown. They do the job and can be taken apart so they can be stored in a drawer. I always hand wash mine. The plastic on these is thick but I am sure if dropped they wouldn’t fare as well as the metal ones. Now I have 2 extra ones in case one breaks.

Great quality service utensils. Used them for Christmas Eve. Was able to wash them and keep for future use. Don’t snap easily like some others I’ve tried. Durable.

I bought this three-pack of salad tongs on 9/8/2020 when the connecting prong on the fork—of what I think was an identical set of tongs—broke. Today is 11/10/2021, so basically 14 months later. And the connecting prongs on two of the forks have now broken.The first broke when I threw the salad—with tongs—into the fridge because my wife was going to get home late. The lesson I learned was: Don’t put the tongs in the fridge. I have obeyed that lesson ever since. Today, the prong on the replacement fork fell off for no reason that I can identify. It seemed to be working as I was grabbing some salad, but it had disconnected when I dropped the salad I had grabbed onto my plate. Fortunately, I was easily able to find and remove the broken piece of plastic from my plate.At this price, I’m willing to buy a whole new three-pack. However, what I’d really like is to be able to buy three replacement forks—since I now have a collection of four salad spoons (the spoon from my original set of tongs plus the three spoons that came in the three-pack I bought.)

An item everyone should have.

Very loose hinges, hard to use.

Hard to beet the value with this multi-pac in my opinion.
