Excellent craftsmanship watch
These two clowns who reviewed the watch think they know about watches. I own 3 Rolex watches that all run over $30k each and I can tell you this watch is by far the best quality I've found at this price point ever!! Do your self a favor don't listen to these idiot's and buy it. This is one of the coolest watches you will own, get lots of compliments and it will last for years without any issues. The quality is excellent!!

Disappointed
Between my wife and I, we have close to 60 watches. All range from $100 to $2000. Over the years I have learned how to work on watches. I can adjust links on bands, change batteries, replace bands, replace movements and replace crystals. In so doing, I've learned what makes a good watch good and seeing the "Swiss Movement" label stamped somewhere on it isn't IT. In fact, not all Swiss movements are all that good. ETA just about makes movements for watches at any price point. That's what allows watch manufacturers like Invicta to be able to make watches with Swiss movements so affordable. I own a couple of Invicta watches with Swiss movements and remember paying around $200 for them from Costco. They're actually not bad given how much they cost. I do wish Invicta would stop advertising the outrageous MSRP. Very tacky. When I came across the SISU Carburetor, I expected more. Especially if I'm paying $750 for one. There are several design flaws I would like to address for both the consumer's consideration and SISU's edification moving forward. 1. The $20 ETA F06.161 movement that drives the Carburetor has only 3 jewels and almost zero complications. This is about as basic as a movement gets. It's not anymore accurate or complex than a Hattori movement you find in $50 watches. I'm very disappointed that SISU would put such a cheap movement into a moderately expensive watch all for the sake of slapping "Swiss Movement" on the dial. 2. The placement of the hands should be better inspected. All three hands failed to line up with the numbers. Although this is something I can adjust, I wasn't about to spend the time fixing something I think should have been checked by SISU's QA/QC. 3. The flimsy free loops which support the excess band once on your wrist. The band is thick and quite firm and the free loops are very thin. I think with time, these will tear and you would be forced to replace the strap on the 12 o'clock side as one of the free loops are stitched within the strap itself (hope that makes sense). 4. The case back on most watches are either twisted in place or pressed in. SISU thought it would be a good idea to secure the case back on the Carburetor with 6 small screws. The problem I see is if so much as 1 screw ever gets stripped, the case back would be very difficult to remove and you run the risk of scratching the heck out of it trying to remove it. I know this first hand from friends bringing me their watches that have 4 screws some of which were stripped. 6 screws only increases the probability. Given the size of the watch, the case back could easily be circular screw type.I'm afraid to say that the best part of the SISU experience I found was the actual box the watch comes in. It's big and heavy, made solid and fitted with a rather sophisticated clasp. But as a person who collects watches and keeps them in a multi-watch case, I can see myself eventually throwing this case away. That or using it to store bullets or stones or parts of a diesel engine.I understand the importance of branding but I think when companies (especially new and unestablished ones) spend a lot of their effort in packaging and marketing, they tend to have something inferior to sell. I will be returning it. Perhaps for a another Invicta (jk).

NICE LOOKING BUT NOT A GOOD VALUE.
This review is for the SISU Q1-50, basically the same watch as shown here but with a black face. Firstly this is a great looking watch. Some of the other SISU models have very large numerals on the face and look a little cartoony to me but the Q1-50 is just right. Unfortunately I feel the watch falls short in other ways.. I am a watch guy and I have some expensive ones but I still value a nice quality low priced watch. However I was disappointed with the SISU. The quality of the watch feels poor. It's light weight and kind of tinny. Also the movement is cheap and low end. Add to that that, that this watch is missing a luminus dial and is completely unreadable in even mildly low light makes it a no-go for me. I think the SISU Carburetor watch would be a decent buy in the $125 to $250 range but not at over $500. I would compare the SISU watches to the MVMT line of watches and should be priced similarly. The value is just not there on this one.
