Poor product, not flying, batteries not included
Very poor quality product. The helicopter isn't flying at all. They haven't provided the batteries. Looks like they just supplied a used product

Uncontrollable.. I have tried flying it outdoor after unboxing, it went too high in to the sky and never found. Remote control is useless. You cannot claim return as the item missing.
