Soda Maker and Home Carbonation Kit

For years I've been looking for a device for carbonating beverages. I looked. At the Sodastream very carefully but there were too many downsides. Proprietary CO2 canisters, not being able to add. The flavoring before carbonating, and the counter space. It took. This device allows you to use your own water pretty much any beverages that you want. All that you do is put the liquid in bottle for carbonated beverages, really want to move on, and fill it with the small carbonationg device. The device is calibrated so that it senses when the bottle has reached it"s maximum carbonation point. I like my beverages highly carbonated so I'll give it about three hits. I've carbonated wine, apple cider, and homemade sodas like creme soda. I can't give enough praise to this ingenious device.

Bought this for my husband who had talked for a long time about wanting a carbonator to use with real fruit juice. Bought it for myself because-like others have said- I thought this would be better than having another large appliance on the cabinet. He loves it and I love the fact that it fits in a drawer when he's through with it. It works great and now he can have fizzy fruit juice without all the additives that the sodas have in them. We both recommend this carbonation kit!

This is a cool gadget but you have to buy a bunch of the little soda tops because they stop working rather quickly.

Tool works fine as designed, but is expensive to operate since the specific CO2 canisters run about $1 each!

This works beautifully! I recommend watching the video and practicing a bit, as it is possible to get results where the carbonation doesn't seem very good. But if you perfect the techique, it's great. Doesn't take up counter space like the other products out there, and costs a whole lot less.... especially if you purchase direct. Seller is also the inventor of this product. He is awesome and provides personal communication to make sure you are happy.

I have a Beer Machine 2000 that I have been using the bottling kit with the supplied 16 oz (500 ml) PET plastic bottles. The bottling kit allows transfer of my already proofed beer under pressure in the keg into the bottles. Rather clever design BUT the end result does loose some of the carbonation.Not having any desire to experiment with using priming sugar or other carbonation solutions, I bought the Fizz Giz based on the hope that the Fizz Giz bottle caps would be compatible with my set of PET bottles. Sure enough the 2 supplied Fizz Giz bottle caps were compatible with my set of PET bottles.The end result of adding three one second bursts of CO2 from the Fizz Giz to my already refrigerated brew got my bottled brew back to the proofed carbonation level that I had it at in the keg before I bottled it.An absolutely well thought out design that deserves all 5 stars.

Loving this machine! Was the most affordable unit out there and takes up the least room of anything I've seen and does the job just fine. And you can't beat the Personal Touch of the customer service . Loving it! Thanks Mike
