Inspired from the 90s, this black glitter velvet ribbon choker is strung through a rhinestone ring pendant attached with a beautiful rhinestone Eifel Tower charm. Finished with silver plated ribbon clamp on both ends. 3" silver plated adjustable extension chain with a silver plated trigger lobster clasp. Minimum length is 12" but can be extended up to 15". This choker necklace delicately wraps around the neck to create an elegant look.
