Great protection.
Necessary under gloves for any form of boxing exercise. There is a YouTube film on how to use them. It would be good if the makers offered their own link to a YouTube instruction video. Not everyone has access to an instructor for this kind of thing.

Do not buy these.
Really cheap and badly made. Can't even hold itself straight and it's constantly rolling into itself so you'd have to unroll them each time you go over your hand and Especially when you go between fingers. Got some everlast ones for a bit more and they're so much better. Thicker material, and stays flat when you're wrapping. Guy on youtube says you can see through cheap wraps, held it up to my eyes and you could. Can't see anything with these everlast ones I got..

Beginner to boxing and these are super easy to use - just needed a quick youtube vid and I was away.They make your hand feel really supported and they are so long that you can go round the wrist a ton of times which for me is where I always used to feel pain after a long work-out.Can't fault them so far. Quality seems to be top. Been using for about 3 weeks now.
