Game Changer
Wow! This stepper changed my life. I have bad knees and very limited to what exercise equipment I can use. The range of motion is perfect for me and I work up a good sweat! The pedometer doesn’t work correctly but who cares. It’s easy to put together and very sturdy. Get moving again with this stepper…love love!

Product could use a few updates on mentioned areas
The stepper is a fair exceriser. The calculator doesn't function properly. Very durable but I find the resistance on the steps doesn't keep the same resistance throughout my workout.

Great Pivot Stepper!
Very well made, and really Nice! Such a good price for a well made Stepper. I am very happy with it, easy put together, and takes up small space. Works great! The counter is cheaply made, and the back tab broke off when inserting the battery, but it works.

Stopped counting
Easy to assemble. However, after using it 3 times, the counter and other calibrations stopped working. It’s turns out and starts to count but stops at 4

Perfect compact stair stepper
Love this, it compact, not a dust collector and easy to use. My whole family uses it.y son is 6'2" and he uses it but any taller and it wouldn't really work that great. My 9nur old uses it and loves it. Assembly was as expected, but overall easy. I'm 195 and it seem like it's sturdy enough and probably could hold someone much heavier. For the price it's amazing!

Connector comes loose during assembly
The warning at the end of assembly should be at the start. It warns that the connector at the base could come loose as you feed it through the tubes moving upwards. That’s why you see the “doesn’t count” comments about the digital counter at the top. You have to disassemble the post to reconnect the cable.

Wagan Tech Pivot Stepper
The item does not come with instructions however if your Google "How to assemble Wagan Tech Pivot Stepper" a video can be followed. Easy to assemble. Mine came with two parts missing---the digital monitor bracket and hand bar bolt cover. I contacted customer service with Amazon who gave me the company's email and toll free number since they could not reach them on the day I called (it was a Sunday). After emailing Wagan Tech, I received an answer in less than 24 hours with an apology and the two parts shipped to me at no additional charge.
