Clean and what I ordered

Purchased the ‘M’. I’m leaving 5 stars for this as I’m pleased with it. But when I came back several weeks later to write my review, I noticed the price had gone way up— I might not be as thrilled with it at that price point. Cost notwithstanding, the letter is cut well, smooth/no jagged bits and easy to read from a distance. At 6” high, it’s the perfect size I wanted. So I don’t understand leaving negative reviews for these letters being “too small” when the dimensions are clearly stated (and shown) in inches and in centimeters. I rely on reviews to help inform my purchases; it’s time-consuming and bit confusing to comb through reviews that are likely lower than they ought to be simply because someone orders without clocking the specifics. I’ll get off my high horse now.I didn’t paint mine as the matte white ‘finish’ was nice enough that it didn’t need any more pizzazz; I wanted an understated look. I do like that both sides are the white color, it doesn’t have a beige/unpainted back. My walls are one of the brightest true white interior paints on the market so I was shocked this didn’t look all that dingy against them (as usually most all other whites do). I bought this to hang over my cat’s feeding area because I like to believe cats are highly literate polyglots, thus my cat knows her name starts with a ‘M’ in English. And because she’s a tabby she has distinct M outline on her wee tabby forehead. And for ‘meta’, which I choose to assume is her favorite sort of humor. (But mainly just because I was bored and thought it would be fun to spruce up her feeding area. So yeah, I bought this for “her”).I’m pleased with it though would have liked it to come with optional hanging hardware, that’s my only gripe. Due to the angles of this particular letter, I ended up just hanging it in the crook of both arches. Wish I could offer more insight on how easily this takes hobby paint, how to mount hardware, etc., but this was a quick, straight forward project for me. For the cat.
