Cameras Failed, No solutions offered
Stay far, far away. We purchased multiple of their (3) cameras including this one, all have completely ceased functioning within less than a year of purchase and have been offered no firmware fix nor replacement. We were told to send the cameras to an individual's home at our own expense and with no estimate of when we may get a new/fixed product. My father has also had his Ouvis cameras fail and has sent them to this individual's personal homeFederal Way WA and has yet to receive any further response beyond 'we are making new cameras" and they would be sent "as soon as we have them" That was months ago.

Garbage !!!!!
Complete garbage ! Does not hook up to my Wi-Fi. And does not alert you 99% of the time! total waste of money !!!

First of all, the support is near NON-EXISTENT. The camera only worked with a WIFI connection and Never with even a great LTE connection. In less than 6 months of use it broke and though I contacted support immediately I NEVER received any communication from them.I wish there were minus stars to give this product but unfortunately I'm limited to only 1.

What a wonderful camera!!! I bought 2 of these for an in home child care and love it! Ozzie walked me through it and it was easy to follow. I also love how I can record a child and show their mother what they do when their fighting or disobeying. I also moved my mother in downstairs and she is starting to fall so I'm ordering two more so I can watch her when I'm at the store. I couldn't ask for more in a camera! Thank you so much Ozzie!!UPDATE!!!!!I called Ozzie again to set up my second camera and another man called me back and was very rude and said they can not help me. I told him the book says to call this number for setup and I bought two camera and two warrantees. So Amazon called him and he was rude to the representative. So now the cameras are going back. I can't take a chance on them not working later and not getting fixed! Two days after I bought them the first one was having color problems but Ozzie was a great guy. The other one needs fired! Please do not buy this product!!

Good Product
This is a good product. I called customer service for help and they were excellent. I had one minor issue and it was promptly taken care of...I would recommend the product and company.

You get what you pay for. Buggy app, not reliable enough to be a security cam or baby monitor.
Product is just ok. Classic case of you get what you pay for. The app is buggy and clunky, but it works - kind of. The motion detection is pretty buggy. It sends a lot of false alerts, and sometimes sends a picture from hours before, not the current one. Camera resets itself once in a while, which is fine, but odd. Quality is ok. All in all, it's pretty sweet to have pan and tilt for less than $50. My next cam will be a higher quality one, but this was a good start.Edit after a few days of using:I would not rely on this camera for any kind of security notifications. The emails that are sent with the alerts only have a standard definition image which is unfortunate as the camera takes HD video. There is no option to change this resolution. I'm also still only getting the same image for each notification (I can tell because the time stamp is exactly the same). I'll say it again, this cam is only good for just keeping an eye on things, but I wouldn't trust it to capture anything important as it is just too unreliable. I have submitted tickets to support and they do reply within 24 hours, but I believe all of the problems are just because the app is buggy. The english translation is also pretty poor making it difficult to troubleshoot the settings.
