Sorry. Don’t know lumens but the light is bright white and does have a dimmer.

Does this come with bathroom shaver plug attachment? If not can I use an adaptor?

This item comes with UK 3 pin plug. I am not sure if it is suitable for a bathroom, you would need to check with supplier. The lights are great and easy to attach to a mirror Dimmer fitted so low light to bright white
