I have been using this meter for 3 weeks. It is accurate and it took only a minute to set up. The big plus for this meter is the inexpensive the test strips. I have a high deductible and it all comes out of my pocket. I have had many other meters and the cost of the test strips makes them undesirable . This meter has a talking feature, you can change the language or turn it off if you like. It also has a downloadable program to track your readings. It is connected to a computer by a patch cord. I had one from am old phone that I use. It is helpful for me to see trends that I did not see before. Over all great meter but if the cost of the test strips goes up I will be looking again.

I have no complaints about the using this product because it’s cheaper than the Accu-Check brand,more acceptable in the long run.

The meter is good, it is close to the real thing, that is what you need to understand, this is not a precision instrument, it gives you an idea of the glucose levels in your blood. The software from prodigy is garbage, it just timeout and it never download the data to the little application. I always used an excel sheet and I designed the graph based on the data, that works.

This has all the things you need to test your blood sugar. I am blind, so the talking meter is essential. Unfortunately, no device, no matter how good, will make it easier to get the right amount of blood exactly where it needs to be on the strip. But that's not the fault of the device. This does work well, and has everything I need in it.

This is my second one that last a long time. Lost mine, the other one was still fine after 3 years. And doing a good job. So I bought the same one

I liked the easy to use meter, but no stores sell the test strips n only ten comes with the meter this is a big let down. I’ll purchase another meter else where so it can meet my convenience
