Good cleanser

We got this as part of a skin care set. My daughters are 10 & 12 years old. This is a Great set for introducing skin care to kidos. They are big into makeup but not so much on the washing and caring for their skin. This set is a great way to introduce skin care to them. The products smell great and leave their skin feeling refreshed and bright. I like that they are mild and made responsibly with no harsh chemicals - safe for young skin & eyes. The face wash foams up well and rinses clean away. The lotion is light, smells fresh and leaves their skin refreshed & hydrated but no greasy. The spot treatment is great - effective and quick acting. Very nice products.

My pre-teen daughter has flawless, kid skin--which is starting to get oily and more "mature" with each passing day. I wanted to start her on some gentle skincare that would prevent the start of acne and wash away grime. I started with Cetaphil, which was great, but she's still a kid and would sometimes not wash all the product off. So, I realized she needed something foaming instead of cleansing creams or milks. This foaming face wash has been great. I love how soft the formula is, and it has a light scent. She says her face does feel squeaky clean afterward, but not in an uncomfortable way. Washed away sunscreen and summer kid sweat with no issues.Hope you found this review helpful🙂

Let me start by saying that I ordered the entire 3 step system of the DermaKids line. My son is 13 and was breaking out in horrible acne, plus he was making it worse picking and popping everything. This skincare routine is EVERYTHING for him, it has made an unbelievable difference and quickly. Within days, his acne was almost gone and his skin looked amazing. The cleanser in particular has a light fresh scent and is a cream that turns into kind of a foaming wash, it washes away completely without leaving your skin sticky or dry and leaves you feeling refreshed. We absolutely recommend this as well as the rest of the line, and have already recommended it to several others.

My niece has just started into the pimply stage. She seems to be getting better with this system. Its a gentle cleaner that prepares the skin for the important cream, step #2 with the salicylic acid.But making sure the skin is well cleaned before the application is very important so it makes sense that they set it up as part of a system. This could also work with other creams that use benzoyl peroxide too.Much better than we used to do when I was the same age.2 thumbs up.

I ordered Dermakids Sensitive Skin Cleanser for my tween who is starting to hit puberty. He has already developed a few pimples, but he also has very sensitive skin. This was a good first choice for a skin cleanser. It is gentle on his skin and hasn't caused any reactions. However, I don't necessarily think it will be strong enough for the true teen puberty years. It is a little more expensive than what you would get at a drug store but less than you'd pay for a prescription cleanser from a dermatologist.

If you are tired of cleansers which strip all your natural face oils away, this one is far more gentle. It still cleans well while being gentle enough for sensitive skin. It was a surprise that a creamy almost lotion like product came out of the pump bottle and a little goes a long way. I'll be using this often because it does not irritate my skin and makes my skin feel clean and gentle cleansed. People with acne or rosacea may find this beneficial.~The Rebecca Review

I wanted to get a face wash for my 9 yr old daughter and 11 yr old son to use. The first thing I noticed was the terrible smell. After applying it, it left a really sticky residue. I felt like I couldn't get it off. I will not be using this again, nor would I recommend that anyone else gets it. It's also worth noting that the bottle actually says to use once or twice a day. 🤦‍♀️ No one, especially kids with sensitive skin, should be washing their face twice a day.
