This is a really nice couch! I’m getting the matching recliner delivered Friday and will be making another review once I receive it. I was able to bring this inside myself which was kind of a pain and took most of the time getting it inside rather than putting it together! By the time I got it inside it took not even 10 minutes to put together. Everything snapped right in place. The MANUAL recliners on each side work great and are easy to push back in with your legs when you go to get up. I’ve seen many reviews saying that it’s firm, but I don’t think it’s that firm in my opinion. Maybe in the middle of firm and soft. It is very comfy. Even as we speak I am writing this review about it on the couch itself and I am sooooo comfortable! Lol. The material is VERY soft like velour/velvet, but not like the kind that sticks to your dry hands. It is very nice. I am 5’5” and my feet sit perfectly when reclined all the way. No feet hanging off. I would assume if you were 6ft your feet would hang off a bit but that’s normal in furniture that reclines. The color is a medium gray that matches anything and everything I have in my living room. I even bought the rose pink colored ottoman off of Amazon as well for an accent which was another great buy!

If I could go back, I would get every penny I paid for this dumb couch. I was in need of a couch immediately and took a chance on this one as I thought it was one I would enjoy. Boy, was I wrong! It wasn’t difficult to put together, but the left side of the couch recliner was defective as it hits metal and gets stuck pulling it in and out. The couch is a lot smaller than my previous; this is not a sleeping couch, it’s not comfortable or big enough for plenty of room. Also, both recliners come back in. As your sitting in a reclined position, it will pull you back to sitting forward. I’m writing this review as I bought the couch in 2021. I made the mistake of falling asleep in the recliner and I woke up with a crick in my neck. When I tell you I cannot wait to get rid of this thing, I mean it!

We needed a loveseat ASAP, but had no big $$ so we took a gamble and bought this. When we first got it the color was way off it was blue jean color when it was supposed to be gray. The loveseat was very comfy and that made up for the color lol. We have had it for a year and it is starting to fall apart on us.. the back of the seats are separating from each other and the seat is sinking. Overall, it has lasted longer than I anticipated

I was kinda apprehensive of buying furnature from amazon but all local furniture stores had 6 to 8 week delivery times and I couldn't wait that long I found this furniture which looks a lot like what we were looking at at local stores the price was around the same as local stores so I ordered it and it was delivered within 5 days my 16 year old daughter put it together when I was at work and had no problems with it . Looks very nice it is firm but Im sure after some use it will loosen up very happy with the purchase .

I love this recliner and it's message feature. Came in a box and it was easy to assemble. I'd recommend it !

The product arrived as scheduled and the carrier was efficient. Delivery schedule was for between 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. which is a really wide window so I was very happy to get actual delivery around 9:00 a.m. which freed me for the reminder of the day. The boxes passed easily through my standard size door and the furniture assembled very easily with detached backs that just slipped into place and snap-locked in. As for comfort, the feel is a little bit stiff, but I am otherwise quite happy. The massage feature of the chair is not that great as controller is hard to reach and the massage action is a vibration with variable settings that is not at all deep, but honestly, massage is not a feature I was looking for anyway and I wouldn’t have expected much more considering the price of the entire set.

This couch and loveseat are great for the price. The grey color is beautiful. It goes well with blue and tan decor. Very comfortable and the recliners work well. A great set for the price.

I have owned this couch for a little under a year and it’s creaking whenever you move on it. I’m a average sized guy (5’10 and 185) and no kids have been on it or anyone larger sized. It seems to have a poor durability over a sustained amount of time.
