Not Hub Centric.
Really well made, quality spacers, and very easy to install. My only complaint is that the advertisement claims that they would be hub centric when they are not, otherwise I would not have bought them. My fault for not looking hard enough and I will buy others that are, but as the screenshot shows they claim to be. Very misleading.
