Universal Manual Automatic Car Auto Gear Shift Knob Cover Boot Sleeve Beige

I needed something to cover up the horrible "metallic" look coating that was on the shifter knob. It cracked/flaked off and didn't look nice. Works well. Installs easily and fits snug. It fits on my 2015 Ford Focus auto trans. just fine. I don't care for the little red badge they placed on it. That's really my only complaint. The openings left and right allow me to depress the overdrive button (on the left side) though the actual transmission release is under the wrap but it's still fairly easy to depress.

My F-150 shift knob chrome was starting to peel and I've been looking for a cover for several months. Nothing seems to fit. This cover works perfectly, allowing access to the release button. At first I wasn't so sure about the fuzzy plush strip, but once installed, love it.WEAR UPDATE: A year and a half later, I am disappointed to find the top of the cover is too thin and not reinforced which causes it to wear out quickly, less than a year into use. Will probably just throw a patch on it. Word to manufacturer, make the top thicker and stronger. Lost two stars on review.

My gear shift was getting deep scratches on it and my car was brand new (less than 2 weeks old) so I extremely annoyed and needed a solution. I didn't even know gear shift covers was a thing until I looked it up on Amazon. Who knew? So I ordered this, it's so fashionable against my all black interior and cover the knob perfectly. Everyone that gets in my car loves it. Best of all, it protects my gear stick!

Oh my, this cover is super cute in person, esp. with the pop of red. Quality is excellent, and I like that despite not being bulky, it really cushions a gear shift cover that had its original cushioning broken and only the hard part was left. Stitching and zipper are excellent. I only deducted one star as I wish it came in various models. For example, the button of my gear shift stick is at the back so I could not zip the cover up. It still holds amazingly even if unzipped but it would be nice to have the exact match, too.

I originally bought one of these for my 2015 hyundai veloster turbo. This fit perfectly on the shifter and it does its job of protecting the shifter from wear and tear. It feels great and honestly makes the shifter look great at the same time. I ordered a second one for my 2017 mitubishi mirage and it fit like a glove! It takes a bit of work to get the zipper on but it is a snug fit.
