iPad Mini 4 / Mini 5 Case Black and Tan Soft Leather Wallet Smart Cover with Sleep/Wake Feature Flip Case for Apple iPad Mini 4 (2015 2019 Model Release)

This case has everything going for it. The leather is beautiful and has a nice soft feel to it. The stitching is uniform and well done. It smells like leather not chemicals which I have had supposedly leather cases that were not genuine leather and they reeked of chemicals. It fits the iPad mini 4 perfectly. The fit is snug and the cut outs line up. The magnetic cover works flawlessly sending the iPad into the sleep mode every time. It's easy to understand all the 5 star ratings as this case far exceeds expectations.

My old cover was falling apart from use, I liked the looks of this cove plus the price. It is very very made and it arrived in the promised time @ no charge. It fit my pad very good and I like the storage space for notes, would buy again

The cover is well constructed and works well in the stand mode. The pen/pencil holder at the top is better than the ones on the side. The one thing I would have liked is a strap to hold the iPad in book mode on the plus side the ridges hold the iPad in stand mode very well.

I’ve asked two - one for my iPad Air 2, the other for my iPad Mini 4. They both look great and fit perfectly. They have reasonable drop protection, but I’d combine with a high-quality screen protector. They both accommodate either a small pen or a stylus, and both have a small pocket on the front cover that will accommodate a thin notepad or a few folded pieces of note paper.I don’t use them in the “stand-up” mode (personal preference), but I think they’d work fine in this mode as well.

I bought this case a while back for one of my tablets. I loved it so much that I buy the same case whenever I buy a new tablet. This case comes in a variety sizes for a variety of tablets. I love the black and brown - very professional looking. It's very easy to make the tablet stand up. Very good material. I highly recommend it.

Case finish is nice. A few missing or inadequate features:1. Closing case cover does not turn off display. I have made sure iPad is seated properly, but nothing I do makes the screen blanking occur when closing the cover.2. cut-out for the finger touch button covers the bottom of the button so that it is hard to read fingerprint when unlocking the iPad. On the iPad, I turned on an accessibility feature that allows reading the fingerprint without actually pushing the button, and that helped.3. The cutout for the rear camera was apparently, originally just a round cut-out for the lease. There is a mic next to the sense, and it appears the case was re-punched with another, offset large round hole for the mic that does not line up with the lease cutout, and looks like a user-mod. Cheapens the product.For the price, I will keep the case, but it is sad there was not enough care in its manufacture to address the above items.

Very happy with purchase. It fits perfectly, looks great, is sturdy and you can’t beat the price. Highly recommend purchasing this product if you’re in need.

I want to say up front that I initially ordered a case for the iPad mini 1/2/3 thinking that it would fit my new iPad mini 5. It did fit, but the hole for the camera was not in the correct place. I contacted the seller, and they told me that they now have a case for the 4/5. They even sent me a link to the item and advised me to start a return for the case I ordered by mistake. All is well, huh? NOT AT ALL! The attached pic shows the case on the bottom as the one recommended for the 4/5. Had the hole aligned with the camera, I would have moved on. However, about 15-20% of the camera view was blocked by the case. The two cases are identical in every way except for the second hole punched adjacent to the original in an attempt to align with the camera. I contacted the seller to advise that the new case was a disgrace. I was frustrated but professional. The attitude by the Select Tech staff was awful and even insulting. I bought from them because I have the same case for a full size iPad from a couple years ago and really like it. No more. I am keeping the second case because the first mistake was mine. I won't do two returns. However, I will not buy from these people again.
