This thing means business. Very well built. Handles the big boy tires.I wish it had the option of locking the valve open but it's probably not an OHSA option.( zip ties to the rescue )

Need to know 2 things
Good quality. I was looking for a "fast fill" solution for large 22.5" commercial tires. This is better than what I had, but there are two things worth noting:1. I had envisioned that this would have a 1/2" or at least a 3/8" air hose, as it is labeled "large bore". Not the case. Hose is 1/4" i.d. It's still probably not the smallest "neck down" point, but after upgrading to 1/2" air line everywhere else, high flow air reels, and Milton "V" style high flow fittings, it was a little disappointing to see small line used here.2. The fitting on the end will NOT fit normal valve stems. This will not fit your car or truck tire, or even commercial truck tires. I presume it's made for large offroad equipment or tractor tires that utilize a non-standard valve stem. So, if you're like me, and looking for a fast fill solution for 22.5 tires, you'll need to buy another inflator end and swap it out.
