I like this helmet but wanted to love it as it's supposed to protect my head.First I was sent the wrong size. Seller immediately shipped a new one at the right size.The outside packaging was undamaged. However, the problem was inside the box:1. The replacement has to scuff marks, one lighter and another one more visible.2. The visor has scratch marks.3. The Bluetooth/Battery module missing. The box that supposed to carry this module was unlatched and had spilled it contents into the box. An L-shaped plastic (broken part from the helmet?) and a USB cable were found in the helmet.As for the helmet: it is a nice helmet, with adequate padding at with a good fabric cover. Can't say anything about the Bluetooth function as the module is missing. The visors seem to be funtional. The chin strap/Buckel is a great idea.A good helmet, packaged or shipped carelessly. At this time point (just received the correct size) I am not sure I can trust my head to this product, need to think about it.
