Pretty adequate set, I wish the sliders were a little bigger. Good variety of bands and everything has held up pretty well. Good budget set for Beachbody videos using these products.

The sliders were a good size and really easy to use on carpet. The bands were kind of tight and the material did not feel as good quality as other bands I’ve tried.

I bought this package for my wife and hoped they would last a bit and she is still using them months later. the kids nor her workouts have destroyed them. Great value and solid pieces. Do not hesitate to buy.

These slide up my legs as soon as I start to use them. For certain exercises I spend more time adjusting them than actually working out.

I haven’t even had these for a month and the yellow band already has a hole in it. They are made of a very thin material. I like the length and the sliders are great but the loops are not durable.

The bands do not have a ton of resistance, but they work great for several workouts. The sliders work nicely. Overall a good deal.
