It is really great fun, and you do get better over time. Id say the harder ball is easier to practice with. I only gave it 4 stars as bought two, one for my son and I for me, but both absolutely stuck of fish when I opened the packet. Had to wash both to get rid of smell. But after soaking in bleach for a short time, both were ok afterwards.
