The product worked better than expected.
A) The product worked better than expected. I had just purchased a SENA communication system for my bike because of the Good things I have been hearing about it from the group of people that I ride with. I used it to listen to music via blue tooth from my phone and it was great. I then was going on a trip across the country with my brother and he was using two way radios with a friend of his so I figured what the heck, I will get the SR10 so I can talk on the two way. It worked perfectly as described. I just used a two way I had in the garage. (You will need the connection cord to match whatever two way you use). The SR10 is blue tooth connected too and it comes with a push to talk cord that works trick for the two way application.B) I want to mention that I could not be happier with the support that I got from Phat Performance Products. There was a mix-up on the first delivery and they took care of me like I was a long time friend. I had a limited time to get the product before my trip and they overnighted the corrected item and also sent me a return label too. I will buy from Phat Performance again and I will not hesitate. Their service is the best. Thanks again Phat Performance.

Not perfect, but very useful
I use this to go from a two-way radio to a bluetooth headset for loss prevention work. It is not flawless, as it will from time to time loose consistent transmission. That being said, the vast majority of the time, it works well enough to keep my connected to my radio, and my phone, while still staying discreet with just a normal bluetooth headset. I recommend having a higher end bluetooth headset, as in LG or equivalent as that will give you a better chance of maintaining high quality sound. My only real complaint is that as much as this cost, me, I would like to see more consistent operation. Also, when you use the cables to connect your device, I highly recommend using tape (hockey tape is actually best, but electrical tape would also work) around the assorted contact points to maximize the life of your device. 50 cents of tape is worth keeping these tiny little points intact to keep your expensive device functioning.

Performs exactly as it should
Works exactly as described by Sena. There is a very slight delay is sending audio to your headset when it first enables because the unit disconnects from your Bluetooth headset when it is idle. Once connected it stays connected for several seconds to allow for additional input without a delay every time. This is by design so that your headset can continue to receive Bluetooth audio from other sources such as phone, etc. This functionality allows it to cut in and play over the other signal, which is what you would want if connected to a GPS or radar detector. This is how I am using it and it functions extremely well.

Please read -- advice from an owner of 6 units.
I am an amateur radio operator and motorcycle rider. My group purchased 6 of these units, so I have more experience with them than the average person posting here. These units are miserable, and I can confidently say that you will be sorry if you purchase one. The things below I will say affected most all units, so these were not isolated incidents:1) Robot Voice -- On occasion (every few hours?) when you transmit, it will garble your voice. You won't know this is happening, other people will tell you. When they tell you, your only recourse is to reboot the SR10. Depending upon your circumstances this can be a significant issue.2) Remote PTT -- The remote PTT buttons input into the main unit were troublesome. Some (but not all) units failed at the female connector to the unit itself. It got bad enough that many of us stopped using remote PTT, which also made it easier to reboot when required. Finally, we solved our communication needs with Cardo Packtalk bluetooth radios with mesh network. These units work very well and are much less fiddly. I understand that Packtalks won't solve all radio needs. Nonetheless, I would use a wired radio connector over an SR10 any day after all of our issues.Of all the radio gear I've ever purchased, these were hands-down the worst. The firmware updates stopped being delivered years ago as well. It's a crazily overpriced, terrible unit.

Simple and Worked Great
I started off road riding with a larger group last season. All of them had longer range radios as I'd always use intercom pairing with my one or two riding friends. I moved to a Baofang (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007H4VT7A/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and added this to pair with my Sena 30k that I had a good investment in already. This worked fantastic. I was able to leave my phone and intercom paired with my Sena - add this and communicate along the trails with all of our riders. Would highly recommend.

High price for what it does
I bought this for my Midlands CB to use on group motorcycle rides. It works but it seems to have a slight delay in broadcasting the signal. When you do an overnight stay, all the Sena wireless units have to be recharged so that is always a minor issue. I think the cost of this unit, for what it does, it too high. Its more expensive than the Sena helmet unit which seems to be more complicated. But it does work well. My main beef is about the high cost and all the wires. You would think Bluetooth would be more wireless but this unit has a few cables going to the Push to Talk button and connecting to the CB.

Exactly as advertised. Used today works a treat. Bit lacking in terms of instructions but I had the help of smone who has one already otherwise think a bit of head scratching may have taken place with pairing to headset and other devices. PTT appears to be well constructed and responds well to transmit presses.
