Good product and very easy to use

I will start off by saying I have purchased & loved 2-3 trays of the mixed 8~14mm 0.07 D-curl. They are super easy to work with and create a beautiful look.However.. Here’s my problem:Due to constantly running out of 13mm’s and 14mm’s, I decided to purchased the individual lengths trays. Boy am I disappointed… I have included multiple pictures and have explained what each photo is below-3 trays in picture [second order]:14mm .07 D-curl (left)14mm .07 D-curl (middle)Mixed .07 D-curl (right)2 trays in picture [first order]:14mm .07 D-curl (left)13mm .07 D-curl (right)First I purchased 1 tray each of 13mm and 14mm. Those trays arrived a few days ago and the curls were not the same (please check photos showing only 2 trays). The 13mm’s are true to the D-curl like the mixed lengths were but the 14mm’s are NO where near being a D-curl. (Again please check photos with 2 trays side-by-side)So I thought “sometimes these things happen, let’s order another pack and hopefully I get a good tray of 14mm’s this time. Well once again, the trays just arrived today and it’s the same thing… (please check photos with 3 trays). The 14mm’s are NOT D-curls. You can tell the difference in curl just by a bird’s eye view. I even ordered another mixed tray pack just incase so I could have that 1 row of 14mm’s to work with this week at least. Sadly I will be returning the 14mm’s. This is really unacceptable…. I really hope Nagaraku gets some better control quality. I had the same issue with Fadlash & their lack of “curl quality control” but I guess you get what you pay for. Please Nagaraku- DO BETTER!! Your lashes are amazing and this is incredibly sad!! Not getting proper curls will jeopardize the entire look..

Innanzitutto è arrivato quello che ho ordinato. Avevo qualche dubbio visto qualche recensione che diceva il contrario. Sono morbide al tatto. Nagaraku non mi ha delusa nemmeno questa volta. L'unica cosa che mi dispiace e che la scatola è arrivata spaccata.

Just tried these out last night and I love them!! They look so good on her and we’re so easy to work with. I used a few of my other lashes for the inner corners and a few scattered about. But this set is mostly just these lashes and they look so beautiful and fluffy and soft. You pull a perfect 3D fan every time, which saves so much time. I can’t say enough good things about these!!

Llevo 2 aplicaciones y a mis clientas les encantaron. Recomiendo bastante este tipo de pestañas si quieres obtener un efecto mate ( más natural) y buen volumen de forma rapida.
