The Arm wont hold the fixture in the position I wish to place it, if it applies minimum force sideways it'll loosen and point the fixture downwards. I am very disappointed at this product. I noticed it had nothing to do with the screws but the whole Joint itself would detach from it's base (where the screws are) so there is no way to screw it any tighter. See attached images.

I had to use different screws because the ones that come in the box don’t really hold as tight. Other than that I highly recommend.

Used the boom arm as a swivel arm in my music rehearsal room. It does a great job suspending the sound proofing blanket I use over the entry door. I can swivel it to allow room access without having to take down the sound proofing before and after each session. The sound proofing blankets can be heavy and the drywall anchors provided were lightweight. I purchased better quality drywall anchors from the hardware store and the boom arm is as solid as a rock. I love it. I would recommend buyers upgrade the anchors anyway. That’s where they lost their star.

It is what it is! It holds a ring light really good. Super heavy. It came with no instructions. The knobs to tighten are pretty cheap. But in a pinch you get what you get

Love it!! The only issue I’m having is my ring light sometimes falls to one side because the wall mount is missing one of the knobs (shown in video) to tighten the second part of the mount into place.
