Easy Track, White RB1460 4-to-8-Foot Deluxe Tower Closet

Product was easy to install and looks nice, given 4 stars due to the slow shipping and customer service needs to be better.

This really does look nice and is very functional. We have actually bought 2 of this brand/line of closet organizers. The 3 stars is a warning. You should have 2 people and have some basic carpentry and math skills! Thank goodness my husband has both. But you also need patience and a helper.

I have ordered this twice now. And both times I was not even able to recieve my package because it was so badly damaged during the shipping process, the mailman sent it back. My boyfriend has this and it is great - but what good is a product when I cant recieve it because of bad packaging?

This product is amazing. It was recommended to me after using a different, more bulky, closet system. We aboslutely love this product. The options allow for complete overhaul and creativity. We used shelves, drawers, baskets, hanger racks. I am planning on replacing the older bulky closet in one kid's room after having used this is another. Great product!

I purchased this item and was very disappointed. Some of the corners were damaged in shipping because it was not packaged adequately. Most of the shelves and vertical panels had the finish chipped along the edge. Half of the rods were pressed into ovals when they should have been round. The chipped edges were not the result of the shipping but just an inferior product. Not something I want to spend $$$ on and put up in my house.

I bought this for a spare bedroom to use as a closet and storage area and it's perfect.

I love these easy track systems for closets. This is the second unit that I have purchased. I went from a single closet to the walk in type and this second unit will amend the first. Installation is easy (hardest part is finding the studs) and it have many versatile configuratons. The shipper was a bit of a disappointment. Package arrived with some damage and a 2ft wardrobe rod was flattened. Their solution was for me to send the whole unit back ($58 shipping) so that they could replace the unit, or I could call the manufacturer (answering machine) and hope they might send a replacement part. If there is a charge for the replacement part then I may as well go to Fred Meyer (Kroeger) and just by the 48" rod for $12.99 and cut it down. That's way cheaper than paying to ship back for replacement. The closet system in 5 stars, but the shipper is 1 star so it gets a 3 star rating from me.

I had to return this as the box was crushed and burst open on two corners so the particle board laminated surface was damaged. I had to ask for an RMA to return it- and would be reluctant to reorder since the packaging is inadequate...whether or not the product is marvelous, bad packaging can render it useless.
