Fit perfect over my prescription Rayban Wayferer glasses - but you get TWO sets.
I have had other glasses like these that go over your regular glasses. They were sold as bicycling glasses as you can have sun protection as you ride, then take them off and have your regular glasses. These have solid frames and they feel as good as my Rayban's frames. They have side lenses too so if you have thin ear frames, you can expand your peripheral view. The darker ones are polarized so they cut out a lot of glare. not sure if the yellow frames are polarized but wearing that at dusk and night helps cut down the glare of oncoming traffic and you can easily see, define, the red tail lights of cars ahead of you.Funny, in the 90's these were very common for senior citizens then they sort of just disappeared. I had a set way back then and always wanted to get another set that were polarized like these are. Only thing I could find were ones that fit almost the same but were for shop safety, no color or real comfort. For the price of ONE that I had purchased TWICE (lost one of them) I got TWO with nice cloth cover sleeve that also can be used to polish them clear/clean.AND THEY SHIPPED REALLY FAST! I had lost my previous covers, then found them, by stepping on them. Didn't break but I realized I better get another set. Now I can keep my old ones in one car and these in my daily driver. This is WAY CHEAPER than getting an extra set of Polarized Prescription Sunglasses, which I did a few years ago. It was expensive several hundred on top of my several hundred clear prescription glasses. Which my insurance really didn't cover much of my out of pocket expense. My girlfriend did purchase clear and dark prescriptions glasses a few weeks before I got these and well... she ws not very happy. I did remind her, she got exactly what she wanted and needed. I got what I could afford and with this purchase I saved $400 because I didn't have to get prescription sunglasses. Can you tell I really like these????

Just what I needed - Reasonably stylish sunglasses with GREAT light protection
I have light sensitivity that makes me pass out if I'm not careful. Being in a sunny climate can be a serious challenge.I desperately needed a pair of sunglasses that were dark enough, comfortable, offered serious light protection from all angles, & that hopefully didn't make me look like Maude from that old lady comic strip. 😄I saw the photos of these on people in the customer reviews & took a chance - I'm glad I did!I got the 2-pair pack, with the solid black & the yellow lensed pair, since getting both was just a couple bucks more than the black ones alone. Both pairs are awesome. I didn't think I'd really use or even like the yellow pair, but I've grown to love them when it's cloudy or rainy out, or at dusk - they REALLY make everything look crisp & clear! They may look a tad unusual but they do resemble safety glssses, plus more & more people do seem to be wearing different colored lenses these days so don't worry you won't stand out too much. And, oddly enough, they're even kind of flattering. The black ones are fantastic. Whoever designed them did a great job at achieving complete sun protection from all angles, and a wearable style. The glasses not only have the lenses that follow through all the way around your temples, but also even have sun-blocking bumpers on the tops, near your eyebrows, so that any sunlight coming straight down won't trickle through. What a Godsend! When my light sensitivity is rearing its dangerous head I can put these on & know I'll be totally secure in my battle against the brightness. The lenses themselves (on the black pair) are nice & dark, but not so dark that you can't see well out of them.Another reviewer said they felt the glasses caused blind spots while driving, but I don't find that to be the case. Since the lense part is what is covering the corner mostly, for me they don't offer any more of a blind spot than normal sunglasses with frames. They fit quite comfortably. Someone I think mentioned they are big, or good for big heads, but I would say they're right there on the mark but not for super huge heads. They do leave a small dent sometimes on my nose but I'll take it for having a pair of glasses that protect me so well.I deducted a star because the frames themselves are not the highest quality plastic. They are a little crickety, like they are a hard cheaper plastic that doesn't have much flex, if any. Also the sun-blocking bumper part I mentioned is a separate piece attached to the frames, & this situation plus the way the sides are constructed (2 separate small lense square pieces set into the frame) makes for a lot of separate hard plastic parts that all do not have much flex. So the glasses can squeak a bit as these pieces are all pushed over your face if that makes sense. The hinges work just fine but have to do double duty if pushing these up into your hair or onto a larger dome - since the plastic gives no flex, its easy to overextend & stretch out the hinges. I'd love to see these come in a black matte finish in a better quality material plastic frame. They come with a carrying case that doubles as a cleaning cloth, & so far neither pair has any scratches after well over a month of regular use.So all in all for me a great purchase due to the necessity of them for me, plus the style/shape of them not being distasteful. That said I've recently bought other regular sunglasses on Amazon that although were not the all-around sun-blocking kind like these, a 3 pack of those was about the same cost as this set, but the others had much better quality frames & hinges.Overall though if you need something to protect you from almost all sunlight, these are a great place to start. 😎🌞

Night Glare Is Still There
Pros: Great comfort. Frames fit comfortably over all shapes & sizes of eyeglasses. Polarization in the daytime glasses are exceptional. Wrap-around style cuts peripheral glare. Cons: Yellow night vision glasses DO NOT reduce glare (bought these mainly for the yellow night vision glasses - in dire need of reducing blinding glare from all the blue LED beams). Will keep them because I’m unsure if such a promising night vision goggle exists, & for the price feel I’ll make decent use of the daytime glasses, especially on the sunny highway.
