I could be wrong but it seemed to me that these filters clog up just a little bit sooner than 3M's filters do for me. Another thing I I think I've noticed, since it's hard 4me to know 100% without an actual side by side comparison, is that these filters aren't quite as easy to breathe through as 3M filters. To me it seems like these take a fraction more effort having to pull harder while inhaling even when just fresh out of the package. Overall I'd say they're very near as good of performance as I get with 3M & for noticeably cheaper price than 3M which I personally will buy these instead of 3M until a day in which I can find 3M at or just a lil above the price of these

I wanted something a bit over the top with the maximum protection against inhaling viruses or other poisons. Okay, maybe overkill but I feel safe and protected and the package arrived quickly with everything clean and complete.

I make and finish cabinetry for a living, so reliable, best in class PPE is a critical concern in my day to day operations.I generally place much weight in any product that’s recommended by Amazon and bought this product because of Amazons recommendation, but I think this product is actually misleading to the extent that it is being held out as a commercially viable substitute to 3Ms P100, and should not be recommended by Amazon.3M’s P100 2091 has a MINIMUM filter efficiency of 99.97%. This product is at 95% based on the company’s attestation about the performance of the product. And let’s be honest, the testing and quality assurance standards between 3M and this company are leagues apart, so I am hesitant to accept a 95% claim being a user of the product.Moreover, that 4.97% delta is significant. I do not believe this filter should not be used in any application that requires the best protection available in the market due to significant amounts of exposure to contaminants.I have purchased and used these filters and if the manufacturer’s instructions must be absolutely followed with respect to changing out filters when you can smell the contaminant (in my case wood), then I’m changing these filters out every 2 days.
