Beautiful and true to size. Don't need to size up - at least not as far as height is concerned. I ordered size 9 for my tall (95%+) and lean 8-year-old and it's perfect. Bottom of dress sweeps the floor. She loves it. I've been ordering this style of dress for her since she was 4. She enjoys them for dress-up, but the quality is nice enough for formal events too.
