Works great when I travel outside the USA

I got this to be able to use my hair tools in Europe (I’m from the U.S.) and didn’t realize that it can’t be used for hair dryers. Who knew?! I really didn’t need it for anything else, so it was kind of a waste of money for me. It would be fine if you need it for other types of plug-ins.

Its not working

I bought this converter to take with me overseas specifically for my blow dryer. I love that blowdryer and I have long, thick, 4C hair so I need it. It's the best blowdryer that I've ever used.... this converter destroyed it. It worked for 3/4 of my head. The whole time I was a little worried because it wasn't blowing at its normal capacity - kinda strained. On the final 4th part of my hair, the blowdryer just stopped working. Fizz and burn filling my room with a smoky smell. I DO NOT recommend this converter.

I bought it hoping to plug my usb converter into it but it can’t be used for that
