Q: What is the outside dimension of this plug I’m trying to fill a hole in an in text pool that is 1.25 inches

It requires 1 3/8”’hole saw. Therefore, the outside diameter of the bulkhead is 1 3/8”. Unfortunately, neither of our 1/2” or 3/4” bulkhead will work on your pool unless you increase the diameter of the hole from 1.25” to 1 3/8” hole. Thank you

Q: Could i use this as a diesal drain on a heater ?

I don’t know if the material would tolerate diesel fuel.
