Sometimes water just doesn’t cut it for me but I think I found the next best thing - Humm Sparkling Probiotic Soda! I decided to try the Berry Cream because it reminded me of a yummy cream soda! It tastes SO GOOD, smells amazing and has tons of vitamins & probiotics! The list keeps getting better - it’s 0 sugar / 0 calories and KETO friendly! It’s great alternative to regular soda because its carbonated, so you feel like you’re getting a treat and you really are! A treat for your gut and taste buds! Another really important thing for me - it promotes immune health and has a plant based sweetener - the best of both worlds! The only negatives I can see are that it needs to be kept cold the second you get it home from the store. (It needs to always be chilled, don't leave out.) Also, the label reads 0% juice and 0% protein in this beverage. This is not a protein drink or meal replacement! For something that is demeaned a healthy drink AND actually tastes great is a win - win! I’m so happy I found this new gem. I’m going to add it to my weekly self care regimen!

I've been searching for a civilized way to get my probiotics. I bought humm Probiotic Soda in the Berry Cream flavor and the Lemo Lime. I love most sodas but not the empty calories and overload of sugar. humm had no sugar whatsoever and I had my doubts. It was pretty good! The Lemon Lime had a sassy taste to it. It was clearly lemon lime. True flavor and no added dyes. Sparkling clear! The Berry Cream was exactly what they advertise: "absurdly tasty"! And it was. It had a bit richer flavor than the lemon lime but both were delicious. Both had no added sugars nor dyes. There was no aftertaste like diet sodas with aspertaime (not sure of the spelling) so I didn't get the aspertaime headache either. I served the Lemon Lime to a friend of mine and she loved it, too. I served it over ice so we're not sure if it was as good at room temperature. I'm so involved with organic products and organic gardening that I'm extremely happy to find a refreshing way to get my probiotics without all the junk added to it. They don't need the junk to make it absurdly tasty. If humm is reading this maybe their next soda flavor could be Orange? I don't think any flavor could fail. I love this soda. I'm tired of empty calories in my sodas and humm has figured out how to deliver great taste that's healthy. I'll continue buying it. Thank you, humm!

Humm Probiotic Soda is a sweet tasting probiotic, loaded with everything i want, B-12, Vitamins D and C and NO sugar! I refrigerated the drink and enjoyed it cold mid morning. I can not comment on the effects yet, as it would take a few days to notice, but I am stoked to drink again, because of the high percentage of B12 and D, which is vital for folks living with limited sunlight. I am not a huge cherry soda fan, and will probably try the lime. I found the flavor to have a cherry jello taste, maybe a little too sugary tasting for me, but not a deal breaker. I shared this product with my family and they loved the berry flavor (also thought a little sweet, but liked it!) and the votes were in favor of using Humm, rather than an oral probiotic. The teenagers loved it and asked me to buy more! Overall, I would recommend this product ! I also really like the can, it feels different than a regular can because of its cute cutout label, kind of soft to the touch.

I like that this is more healthy than soft drinks & it's got probiotics in it. Doesn't bother my stomach like other sodas do, in fact it helps it. Like the flavor. Want to try the lemon lime.

To boast that the Humm Probiotic Soda is “absurdly tasty” is really…well, ABSURD! I had only one expectation when I decided to try my first ever probiotic soda: I was hoping I would like the taste of this probiotic soda so that I could eventually substitute it for my favorite Coke products, which I know are unhealthy and loaded with sugar. I bought just one six pack of (12-ounce cans) of the berry cream flavored Humm Probiotic Soda. The can’s design is attractive, eye-catching, and informative. The amount of information on the can was quite unusual and even overwhelming when you compare it to the information on cans of, for example, Coke, Sprite, or Dr. Pepper: “absurdly tasty”, probiotics, vitamin B12, supports immune health, 2 billion probiotic cultures (What does that mean?), vitamins C and D, zero sugar, and zero calories. Nutrition facts: Zero fat. Zero sodium. Zero calories. Keto friendly. All natural. Plant based sweetener. Based on a 2,000 calorie diet, each 12-ounce can provides 1,500% of B12, 100% of vitamin C, and 1,200% of vitamin D. Impressive. I tried drinking the soda straight from the can because it was slightly cold. I didn’t like it. It was fizzy like a soda but it tasted like a DIET soda. It had a bad aftertaste — similar to the taste of drinks with artificial sweeteners. I tried pouring the soda over ice and drinking it. Maybe that would help. Nope. The aftertaste was still there. I know it’s supposed to be good for me, but I don’t want my soda to taste like medicine. If you seriously want a healthy soda and like the taste of diet sodas, you may enjoy the Humm Probiotic Soda. For me, the berry cream flavored Humm Probiotic Soda has an “absurdly bitter aftertaste”.

Love the flavors and the carbonation. So helpful for a pro-biotic food plan.
