SandicastLife Size Fawn Pug Sculpture, Lying

The product itself is very good but it did not come with the sandicast collar as advertised. Called customer service and asked them to contact Sandicast to get the collar but they would not do that...claimed it was not how they do business and they told me to contact sandicast for the collar! I find this interesting because we had the same issue with another sandicast dog we bought from another company. This company however contacted sandicast immediately and within a couple days, we received the collar in the mail. I think amazon customer service should have taken more of an initiative to get the collar they had advertised from sandicast like this other company did. So, we have the dog which I like with a non-sandicast collar I had bought from Walmart. In the future, I will not be buying anymore sandicast products from amazon and will from this other company.

This sculpture is AMAZING... The best quality I have seen. I have it on my front porch bench and it is so "life-like" guests do a double take. I love it and this item exceded my expectations. It looks exactly like my fawn pug Lola!!!!!

Would give it 5 stars, but the pug I received did not have the pink collar like the one in the product picture.

A little smaller than life size but looks great. The details are very well done.
