A very rare tester, for very unique batteries
This tester is for 14250, 14500, and CR2/123 batteries. These are diffifult batteries to test, and this tester passes a charge / discharge load onto the battery. Per the instruction, you must test the new batteries at least 2x. This is to get the power to flow properly. Item seems to work, as it showed me batteries that are low, failed, and pass. Item uses a standard 9V battery for the purpase of placing a load on the tester. This is a very unique product, the only of its kind. The manufacturer has discontinued it, so if you want one, better buy the few that are still in stock.
