I am incredibly pleased with this purchase. We bought this sofa for its sleeper design, and the added storage under the chase for our mountain cabin. I am very happy with the overall look and feel of the sofa. The sofa is firm to sit on, which is exactly what we prefer. Having the storage area underneath that chase allows us to store bedding for easy access, and convenience.It is super easy to pull the lower foot rest out to convert to a bed and super simple to put away.There are metal hinges that interlock to hold the pieces together. Again this was super easy to lock together and everything remains nicely in place.I have had sleep herself in the past and would never go back to a conventional sleeper sofa. This thing is truly a gem and worth every penny!

I LOVE this couch. It looks beautiful and the fabric feels amazing.Things to note:1. Very stiff. Which for me is great. I find a firm couch more comfortable than a squashy one because it lends itself to less irritation of back issues.2. Good size for a small room while still giving plenty of space. My wife, dog, and I all comfortably fit (and we're all a bit on the chonky side).3. Seat depth: I almost didn't buy this because of the seat depth. I'm glad I did, though. It actually feels roomier than my previous couch which allegedly had a higher seat depth.4. Assembly: The only negative on this couch was putting on the feet (which is about the only assembly there is other than attaching the pieces together by sliding them into their slots). Putting the feet and wheels on took about 2 hours and a dinner break before the drill came out. Not sure what happened there but I just couldn't get them screwed in securely by hand.Conclusion:Worth the money. Fabric feels great, couch is roomy. Not the best to sleep on because of how stiff it is. Have a drill on hand for feet and wheels, just in case.Also, it came in 3 big boxes, most of the big pieces preassembled, but still small enough to navigate a tricky corner into a room with only a 26" door width. I connected all the pieces once in the room.

The sturdiness and color is beautiful. Perfect for. A small livingroom. Looks very epensive and luxurious. Love it.

The couch is beautiful and easy to assemble. First thing I noticed was that it wasn’t too comfortable. The sofa sleeper is awesome until you realize that you cannot sleep on it as you feel all the edges of the three distinct seperate peices. It needs a pillow topper to use as a bed. The fabric itself ripped within months and the support on the seat of the long part of the couch went out less then a year. Still looks good though just isn’t that comfortable for use.

This is an Extremely uncomfortable and poorly crafted couch. It was used with Dry rotted wood to build end extremely cheap fabrics and what they call cushion. It hasn’t even been a year and my couch already is destroyed . I live alone and take very good care of my furniture. My couch starts to fall apart so they sent me a replacement couch which was almost as if it was purposely sent but It was replaced with a sample/display version of the couch I believe. Here I am now not even two months later and I’m literally sitting on the plywood n the couch is literally on the edge of breaking in half again. I believe they are tired of my complaining emails and sent me a defective sofa out Spite. Regardless I’m still having even more issues then the last sofa and they’re refusing to satisfy the customers. They said they will help reimburse me for the removal of the sofa but that would be leaving me with nothing at all to sit on. If you’re out there anyone that’s trying to get furniture I want to stay away from this company they are slum company and furniture for home was meant to provide comfort and this company provides headache inconvenience not to mention back aches and other body aches possibly even injury. So please do not purchase anything from this place I’m not a better customer I’m a real Investor of quality beauty and fine living in any budget. They shouldn’t be allowed to be in business without keeping customers satisfied or at least trying to.

I've read the reviews of issues and I can honestly say people didn't read the instructions on installation as I made the mistake too. The clips come together one direction and it might mean lifting the sofa end to get the arm attached like I did because I added the arms afterwards. I also attached all by myself and I'm small built.Customer service was very responsive! I had a button issue by a torn box but they sent new ones from China in less than a week and compensated me for the inconvenience.The cushions are firmer than expected, but my old one is 50+years old. The drawer for ottoman is super easy to open and pull out.Great design, super soft fabric, love it!

The couch looks nice, easy to assemble, clean and move around. It's not the most comfortable but it did its job. Unfortunately,you get what you pay for. Its cheap it doesn't hold very long. Alsmost two years of owning this furniture and taking good care of it. We don't have any kids or pets that can get into it. It lost all foam, it's very uncomfortable, you can feel the wood. Contacted costumer service and because the 1 year warranty past there is nothing they can do. Except give us two avice: " find a local furniture repairer or fix it yourself " lol well thanks. If you can, save a little more money and get yourself a durable couch. Otherwise you will be like us, 1 year and a half later already looking for another coach.
